Objectives of the project :
Ports of Paris wished to set-up, collaboratively with local stakeholders, the futur strategic planning of its parts on the Sein River basin
Activities performed by CTS :
CTS assisted the Ports of Paris in a project of master plan for both sides of the Seine river. It aimed at defining and implementing Ports of Paris' strategy on the whole port network.
Since the master plan is based on a collaborative approach with local authorities, CTS was able to deliver a concrete and shared action plan.
